It is pretty apparent that the maintenance schedule is minimal. With many new landscapes this is possible, because there can be a ‘honeymoon’ period with new landscapes depending on the the condition of adjacent landscapes and the soil seed bank. A heavy burden of weed seed will result in a landscape that is quickly overwhelmed if maintenance is not frequent enough.
