Taken from the middle of Columbia Circle in mid-Spring ’00. Jefferson Circle in the background in its annual moment of glory with the Azalea Hino-Crimson and the Prunus padus in bloom. This back portion of Columbia Circle was recently redone, the Prunus padus that populated it removed the previous Fall.
