The tree to the left is ‘Autumn Brilliance’, as it should be growing cleanly with an upright oval silhouette, without the twisted branching pattern that repeated bad infestations of Rust can cause. To the right is an Aesculus californica I planted in the meadow, here with a bushy form due to repeated vandalism.
