Scadoxus puniceus, the South African Paintbrush Lily, is cold hardy here. I planted mine out in too much sun, should have afternoon shade here, and it is showing sun damage, in-rolling of the leaves and some marginal burning. I’ll be digging it this fall, bulb/root disturbance can set back blooming, to find a better position and to hold a corm in reserve.
