One of 4 different Aeonium that were gifted to me, but I don’t know their names. One, not pictured here, is smaller and I suspect is Swartzkopf. One proved to be monocarpic, flowering gloriously. This one just keeps growing offering me opportunities to propagate it when I move it and again, inadvertently break a piece off. The stems aren’t very strong. The plants don’t seem to have any defenses, though I’m not sure if they are palatable. Not too many deer on the Canary Islands where these come from. This one is underplanted with a Kalanchoe thyrsiflorus, you can’t see, Sedum ‘October Daphne’ and Oscularia/Lampranthus deltoides, both among my faves.
